Power, LEDs, and Reset

OpenNMC is powered from the UPS SmartSlot.

Power

• the card receives operating power through the SmartSlot
• there is no separate external power jack on the board
• a fixed power LED indicates that the board is powered
• the fixed power LED has no front-panel label

LEDs

• fixed power LED
• Linux-controlled status LED, defaulting to heartbeat behavior

The board has the green heartbeat status LED on PG14.

Reset

The board includes a reset button labeled reset that performs a hard reset of the CPU.

The reset button does not affect the UPS itself.
